We are originally from Minneapolis, MN.  We came to Anna Maria Island for a two day vacation in 1993 and went back having bought a house.  We absolutely love it here.

We are hands-on owners.  That means that you may see us working around the yard and rooms.  I am the President of the Condo association and spend much of my time maintaining and improving the complex.  We found that doing it ourselves, to our quality standards, was the only way we would feel good about it.  You will see the results of our personal attention in our units.

Several of our guest, like us, will want to call Anna Maria Island home.  For that reason, I became licensed in Real Estate.  I now work for a great real estate company called "A Paradise, Inc.".  If you love the island like we do, talk to me.  I know the island and will show you what is available.
